I pass by this almost everyday ...it used to be a bust site with lots of machinery for hire but it closed and is awaiting redevolpment flats and social housing I thinkk but the recession has put that on hold.
Meanwhile it is slowly decaying but as it decays a certain transformation takes place and becomes something unique....it can be called art if that is what you see, I would like to see it that way.
