this is a card type and done with neocolore 11. You can use these just like watercoloure or pastel. These are great for sketching.
The card texture is interesting in a bumpy kind of way and it is nice to just let it show through as you would witj watercoloure

I do like this sketch, lovely texture and use of colours. never tried neocolour but I have seen it demonstrated in the past and aquired a couple of sticks, but never quite got around to using them - might well change my mind - thanks - John
